The POSH Train the Trainer program is designed to build a cadre of certified facilitators who can confidently deliver engaging and impactful awareness and sensitization sessions on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace.

This program not only strengthens participants’ knowledge of the POSH Act, 2013 and its practical application but also equips them with adult learning strategies, facilitation skills, and tools to address sensitive conversations with empathy, confidence, and authority.

By the end of the program, trainers will be able to:

• Interpret and explain the provisions of the POSH Act effectively.

• Facilitate sessions for employees and managers at all levels.

• Handle participant queries, concerns, and resistance during training.

• Use interactive training methodologies, case studies, and role-plays for better retention.

• Support organizations in building a culture of dignity, respect, and inclusivity.
