POSH Train The Trainer Certificate Program

Duration: 2 Hours

In this 2-hour interactive session, participants will explore the fundamentals of Design Thinking &mdash; its core principles, the five-step process, and its relevance in driving innovation across industries. Through examples, discussions, and reflective activities, you&rsquo;ll discover how Design Thinking helps transform challenges into opportunities and ideas into impactful solutions.

By the end of the session, you&rsquo;ll gain a practical understanding of how to apply Design Thinking in your own professional or academic context to approach problems with a fresh, creative, and user-focused perspective.

Understanding Design Thinking

The POSH Train the Trainer program is designed to build a cadre of certified facilitators who can confidently deliver engaging and impactful awareness and sensitization sessions on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace.

This program not only strengthens participants&rsquo; knowledge of the POSH Act, 2013 and its practical application but also equips them with adult learning strategies, facilitation skills, and tools to address sensitive conversations with empathy, confidence, and authority.
